1. General Terms & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply between babu8 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "player"). These Terms apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Account Creation Terms

• Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. babu8 reserves the right to close any account found to have provided false information.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing them with any third party is prohibited.
• If you suspect a security breach on your account, notify the support team immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

Deposits on babu8 are accepted only via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Check any active bonus offers before making a deposit.

• Deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there are active wagering requirements.
• babu8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transaction.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive an extra ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example — ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• The bonus applies only to winnings earned from the original bonus, not to the original deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• babu8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if account hacking, fraud, or a breach of terms is found.

5. VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

babu8's VIP program has three tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

• Bronze: Earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Earn up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Earn up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited at a set time each week. Wagering terms may also apply to VIP cashback. Contact the support team for more information on the criteria for advancing to higher tiers.

6. Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

babu8 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or playing games using bots.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses multiple times using multiple accounts or false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform — any such transactions will be voided.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

If prohibited activity is detected, babu8 reserves the right to suspend or close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
